No titles for Archie and Lili?
Charles III degrades Harry and Meghan

There has been a massive crisis between the royal family and Harry and Meghan for years. The dispute is now apparently impacting a listing on the royal website. There the Sussexes are almost brought to the end.

Prince Harry and his wife, Duchess Meghan, have been removed from the royal family’s website. You are now at the end, next to the disgraced Prince Andrew. According to The Telegraph, until recently, the couple was in the middle of the list – among senior members of the family, but ahead of other royals such as King Charles III’s second aunts and uncles: Prince Richard, the Duke of Gloucester and his wife Birgitte, Princess Alexandra or Prince Edward, Duke of Kent.

When the website was updated after the death of Queen Elizabeth II, Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Prince Andrew were apparently at the bottom of the page. Prince Andrew fell out of favor after his alleged involvement in the Epstein scandal and was forced to resign from office. According to The Telegraph, the reorganization at the site could reflect the vision of King Charles III. of a leaner monarchy, as well as showing the status of the members of the royal family who assist the monarch in his duties.

Second “demotion”

About 15 months ago, the Sussexes were first placed at the bottom of the list on the royal website – from their place just below Prince William and Princess Kate to the Wessexes, Prince Edward and his wife Sophie, and Princess Anne. Harry and Meghan had stepped down as senior royals in early 2020 and moved to California.

It also remains unclear whether the Sussexes’ children, Archie, three, and Lilibet, one, will be allowed to use the titles Prince and Princess. As grandsons of the king, they are theoretically entitled to it and have the right to be referred to as “Royal Highness”. While some updates have been made to the Royal website, Archie and Lili as the girl is called have not changed. A sign that King Charles hasn’t made his final decision on the titles yet? A spokesman for the monarch said, according to the Telegraph, “The live update on a website is not working at all.” He added: “We will work to update the website as soon as we receive information.”

As the “Mirror” recently reported, the waves between Harry and his father were able to smooth out again. The 38-year-old is currently reviewing his planned reveal book. The exact reasons for this are not yet known, but it is believed that the prince softened some passages so as not to further fuel the dispute with his family. Actually, the supposedly long-completed book should be published soon.
