The fifth season of “Joko & Klaas versus ProSieben” starts with a blow to the duo. But especially Joko Winterscheidt takes another painful memory from the show. He builds up a nasty crash with the BMX bike, while Klaas Heufer-Umlauf laughs.
Joko Winterscheidt and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf reported back on Tuesday with the first episode of the fifth season of “Joko & Klaas versus ProSieben”. However, it was a setback for the duo. In the end, the two lost the show together and therefore could not earn free live broadcast time on their home and farm broadcaster.
It got worse for Winterscheidt in particular. In the game “Dilemmas”, he and Heufer-Umlauf had to choose between several tasks. In one of the challenges, they decided to ride a BMX bike along a tree trunk – without touching the ground.
At first, Heufer-Umlauf failed in his attempt. When it was Winterscheidt’s turn, he first received tips from his colleague. He wanted to know if and where he was braking. “You don’t have to brake”, was Heufer-Umlauf’s fatal advice. He should rather heat “with taste” over the tree trunk.

Despite protective clothing, he rammed the steering wheel into his stomach. “Fuck my life!” He could be heard moaning while Heufer-Umlauf had completely different problems: “Everyone takes care of Joko – and I can’t get the helmet off,” he lamented his fight with the protective helmet on his head.
However, it soon became clear that the situation is not really fun. Winterscheidt was treated, the recording of the show was temporarily interrupted. When he returned to thunderous applause from the audience, Winterscheidt was visibly still in pain. Heufer-Umlauf agreed to an evil “Happy Birthday”, Winterscheidt acknowledged with the stinking finger.
“I rammed the steering wheel below the belly button into my stomach,” the hapless man described his ordeal. Of course, Heufer-Umlauf still sneered, “How far below the navel?”

Despite everything, the duo managed to get a total of four advantages for the final titled “Please turn around”. For the first time, the last game took place outside. In an extremely confined space, the two would have to turn a car. Thanks to the advantages, they had a total of seven minutes to do this.
Heufer-Umlauf steered the car expertly. “Really impressive,” said moderator Steven Gätjen. However, there was not enough time to complete the task. The result: Instead of 15 free minutes of live broadcasts, Winterscheidt and Heufer-Umlauf received a fine that they will probably have to think about for a long time: they have to moderate the ProSieben magazine “Galileo” until Friday, ie three days in a row .
